About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead Lifecycle and CRM initiatives across the Americas. This role involves defining and executing email strategies within Global Marketing to support market expansion and engagement in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will drive innovation in lifecycle marketing, develop regionally relevant messaging aligned with global goals, and lead a team executing impactful campaigns. Collaboration with product, brand, and regional teams is essential to shape user engagement strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Americas Email & CRM Strategy: Define and own the email marketing vision and roadmap tailored to the Americas, aligned with global and local market needs.
  • Drive Lifecycle Innovation: Evolve CRM capabilities to deliver personalized, data-driven user journeys that enhance activation, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a senior contact for regional leadership, advising on marketing initiatives to meet local needs.
  • Campaign & Program Ownership: Oversee multi-channel lifecycle programs including onboarding, re-engagement, retention, and cross-sell efforts.
  • Creative & Editorial Oversight: Ensure high-quality storytelling, voice consistency, and localization across campaigns.
  • Operational Leadership: Build and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers and CRM specialists, ensuring operational excellence and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, analytics, design, and regional teams for cohesive user experiences.
  • Performance Management: Develop testing strategies and KPIs for continuous optimization using data insights.

What We Look For In You

  • 15+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
  • Success in building and scaling CRM strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in segmentation, automation, and personalization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale programs regionally and globally.
  • Strong understanding of CEFI and DeFi, with crypto or exchange marketing experience.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, capable of articulating strategy to executives.
  • Experience managing creative teams and executing high-quality campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity with tools like Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, or similar.

OKX Statement :
