About the Role - Lifeguard The Lifeguard is a support position to the Recreation Department. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean pool environment. This person must be customer service oriented and be able to provide hotel information as well as assist with recreation rental equipment. The person in this position will observe swimmers, protect life, prevent accidents, enforce regulations and do related work as required. The hourly rate for this position is $19.50.
