Reports to the NMS Site Manager/ Director of Public Safety and provides support by assisting in the management of daily safety operations, including patrol coordination, emergency response, and incident reporting. Upholds campus safety policies while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Develops and delivers training programs for campus safety officers, focusing on emergency preparedness, conflict resolution, and first aid. Cultivates strong relationships within the campus community to enhance safety awareness and build trust. Contributes to the creation and execution of emergency response plans, collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary. Oversees schedules, budgets, and reporting for campus safety operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
