• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a structural focus in Rhode Island and Massachusetts (required or ability to obtain licensure in both states).
• Minimum of three years of structural engineering experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local and national building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, and ACI.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physically capable of performing on-site inspections, including navigating uneven terrain or construction sites.
