Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Full Time. Days. Monday-Friday. No Weekends/ No Holidays. Commitment Bonus: $10,000 LPN - As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to: The Director of their assigned department FLSA: Non-exempt Education: Graduate of a Practical Nursing program. Licenses: Current LPN License to practice in the State of Kentucky or a current compact multistate license Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), within 30 days of hire What we offer.
