How You'll Make an Impact:

• Assess & Monitor Patients Perform initial assessments, take vitals, track growth, and conduct developmental screenings.
• Administer Care Provide vaccinations, medications, and treatments following pediatric protocols.
• Be a Hands-On Supporter Assist pediatricians during exams, minor procedures, and in-office treatments.
• Educate & Empower Families Guide parents on child health, immunizations, and preventive care.
• Stay Attentive & Proactive Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the care team.
• Provide Comfort & Support Help children and their families feel at ease during medical visits.
• Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

What You Bring to the Team:

• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License Must be in good standing.
• Degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) Required.
• Certifications? Even Better! BLS required; ACLS & PALS are a plus.
• Pediatric Experience? Huge Plus! Experience working with children is preferred.
• Tech-Savvy? Experience with EMR systems required, AthenaOne preferred.
• Team Player & Strong Communicator Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented Multitasking, time management, and attention to detail are key.
