Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN at our center, you'll work hand in hand with the Director of Nursing and the Assistant Director of Nursing to provide exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments, strictly adhering to federal, state, local, and facility protocols.

Your LPN Responsibilities:

• Procurement Expertise: Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Person-Centered Care: Implement designated care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Hands-On Expertise: Execute assigned duties, including wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Detailed Documentation: Maintain precise records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Respect and Confidentiality: Uphold confidentiality and the rights of residents, families, and colleagues in accordance with HIPAA policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active LPN License: Hold a valid LPN license in the State of New York.
• Skilled Nursing Experience: Experience in a Skilled Nursing setting is preferred.
• Prioritizing Safety: Ensure compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
