- Assist with resident assessments and evaluations.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in New York
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills for electronic medical records.
