Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Healthcare Nursing of Rockland County : Job Details

A Skilled Nursing Facility in the Rockland County Area is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the admission process by collecting essential information from new residents.

• Document and monitor residents' health status, including vital signs and temperature.

• Administer prescribed medications and injections in accordance with care plans.

• Provide treatment for minor wounds, pressure ulcers, and other skin conditions.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including dressing and hygiene.

• Monitor and document residents' nutritional intake and output.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid New York State LPN license.

• In good standing with the State Registry.

• Strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
