Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Department: Steuben Primary Care. Reports To: Department Manager. FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt. Job Summary: Assists the provider with patient care. Carries out routine clinical duties under the supervisor of the provider. The LPN is responsible for the delivery of care which is performed in a professional, caring, and courteous manner.
