About the Role:John Flatley Co, a respected leader in Construction/Real Estate, is expanding its in-house services by launching a dedicated Plumbing and HVAC team that will build our new properties and service our existing properties. We're seeking experienced Licensed Plumbers to help build this department from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations for new residential and commercial construction
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems for existing properties
• Work on HVAC-related plumbing components (e.g., water heaters, boilers)
• Ensure all work is performed to local plumbing code and safety standards
• Travel as needed to job sites in MA, NH, and RI

Qualifications:

• Active Plumbing License in MA, NH, or RI (multiple states a plus)
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and installation techniques
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a new, growing team
