Licensed Mental Health Therapist LMFT, LCSW, LPCC Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Job Summary: Seeking licensed clinicians to provide virtual mental health services to individuals and families across California. This role offers a structured weekday schedule with the flexibility of remote care, backed by a strong clinical support network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques
• Conduct assessments and implement personalized treatment plans

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field
• Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience
