Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate seamlessly with external healthcare providers.
• Conduct detailed outpatient psychiatric evaluations to inform treatment plans.
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health issues and substance use disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to address a variety of mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records (Athena) in accordance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a relevant counseling field.
• Active and unrestricted license (LIMHP, LMHP) in your state.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in social work.
• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Proficient in using digital tools for medical documentation and professional communication.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
