Job Description :

At Peacetree Family Institute, we believe healing happens in the context of relationships and the right therapist can be a life-changing presence. We're seeking a Licensed Therapist who is clinically strong and relationally attuned to join our growing team of Midwest-rooted professionals.

This is more than a clinical role. It's an opportunity to do meaningful work with individuals, couples, and families in a supportive, purpose-driven environment that values both clinical excellence and cultural humility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients of diverse ages and backgrounds
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in accordance with MN Board standards
  • Participate in optional group consultation, support groups, and case collaboration
  • Utilize evidence-based modalities and adapt your therapeutic approach to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal team members for coordinated care
  • Uphold ethical, professional, and cultural standards in all aspects of care
  • Contribute to a positive, mission-minded workplace culture

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
  • Active licensure in Minnesota (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but strong recent grads are encouraged to apply
  • Training or experience working with couples, families, or trauma is a strong asset
  • Alignment with a faith-informed, conservative Christian worldview is essential to our team culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Humility, curiosity, and a passion for long-term impact in the lives of others

At Peacetree, this isn't about filling a position, it's about building something meaningful with the right people. We've been intentional from day one in shaping a clinic where clinicians can thrive both personally and professionally.

We've created the kind of infrastructure most independent practitioners dream of but rarely find:

  • Guaranteed, competitive pay so you're not chasing reimbursement
  • A skilled in-house billing specialist who lifts the burden of paperwork and claims
  • A dedicated HR and administrative team
  • A referral-rich environment where your schedule fills steadily without pressure to hustle for clients
  • Flexible scheduling and full support so you can do what you're called to do: care for people
  • A collaborative team culture rooted in values, not just policies where mutual respect, faith, and family systems work shape everything we do
  • Access to mentorship, clinical resources, and integrative training that sharpens your skills and deepens your purpose

This is a place for therapists who want to build something lasting, serve with intention, and grow within a mission that matters. If that sounds like you, we'd love to connect.

To apply, send a message or resume directly through LinkedIn, or email me at [email protected].

We believe great therapists change families, and families change communities. Join us.
