Licensed Mental Health Professional - Independent or Provisional CCBHC (CR Mental Health Center) - UnityPoint Health : Job Details

Provides direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, person-centered or family-centered treatment planning, and treatment of clients assigned (Psychologist with additional treating/testing duties). Provides continuity of care by working with other professionals (psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, CMI staff). Makes referrals based on screening protocols and assessed needs of clients. Takes responsibility for emergency phone calls/walk-ins as assigned. Performs after hour, emergency on-call duties as assigned. Participates in organizational Quality Improvement activities. Complies with Corporate Compliance processes and completes required documentation and record keeping in a timely manner. Participates in community consultation and education opportunities as a representative of Abbe. Develops appropriate new skills in Evidence Based Practice modalities and accepts new responsibilities as program and community needs evolve.
