Eos Health Center is a new mental health and physical wellness center Webster, NY, focused on providing holistic, integrative mental wellness care. Our mission is to help both clients and providers thrive by offering a range of personalized services, including counseling, LENS Neurofeedback, and Photobiomodulation. In 2026, we'll also be adding infrared saunas to our offerings.
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a part-time or full-time hybrid position. This role offers flexibility and autonomy within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Duties
- Provide individual, couples and group counseling to a designated caseload, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to create and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ICD-10 coding standards.
- Engage in crisis and behavior management to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Support clients dealing with a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to PTSD, addiction, grief, and chronic pain through empathetic and effective interventions.
- Educate and guide clients on lifestyle changes that support mental wellness, and incorporate integrative techniques like LENS Neurofeedback and Photobiomodulation into their treatment plans as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or related in New York State.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in mental health counseling, case management, and treatment planning
- Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy and behavioral therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation, including telehealth practices.
- Experience with integrative mental health approaches is a plus.
- Ability to provide couples counseling and work evening hours is preferred.
