At Senior Care Therapy, we are seeking both full-time and part-time clinicians to support our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population in over 300 sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities. As a clinician-owned and operated behavioral health company, Senior Care Therapy manages all administrative tasks such as billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications. This allows you to focus on what you do best—delivering treatment sessions! Initial assessments, follow-up sessions, and documentation are efficiently managed electronically. Preferred working hours are during the day, accommodating the unique needs of this population. We value work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. Our diverse support structures are designed to help you succeed.
Compensation: Full-time opportunities include a salaried position, while part-time roles are fee-for-service.
Schedule: Work daytime hours from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not mandatory!

Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in your state is a requirement for this position.
