Pearl Interactive Network is seeking licensed mental health coaches to support future remote contact center operations. The licensed mental health coach provides specialized, one-on-one coaching support to individuals transitioning between psychological health care providers or initiating new mental health care services. Using a strengths-based and motivational approach, the LC helps clients identify barriers, set goals, and stay engaged in their care journey. Coaching is primarily conducted via scheduled phone sessions, designed to promote continuity of care and long-term well-being.
Operating hours: 18/6 operations. Technical equipment and remote office requirements include: broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. Essential duties and responsibilities include: delivering telephonic coaching sessions on a regular basis, utilizing motivational interviewing and other coaching techniques to support behavioral change and personal growth, identifying and helping clients overcome barriers to initiating or maintaining psychological health care, assisting clients with setting achievable goals and task planning to promote accountability and follow-through, providing emotional support, education, and resource navigation to empower client self-efficacy and engagement, maintaining thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, goals, progress, and outcomes, collaborating with other team members or referring providers as appropriate to support continuity of care, and ensuring all interactions maintain confidentiality and are conducted in alignment with ethical and clinical standards.
Education and/or work experience requirements include: master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, behavioral health or related mental health field, active licensure in good standing, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing coaching, therapy, or counseling services, training or experience in motivational interviewing and client-centered coaching techniques, excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, and comfortable with remote, telephonic service delivery and technology platforms.
Physical requirements include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, talking or hearing, sitting for prolonged periods of time, lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, and specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
