Full-Time Licensed Master Social Worker - Mental Health - Queens Reports To: Chief of Mental Health 136-26 37th Avenue Queens, New York, 11354 United States Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessment, may include diagnostic interview
• Develop treatment plan
• Provide psychotherapeutic interventions, including counseling/psychotherapy and collaborating with primary treatment teams
• Provide crisis intervention
• Provide case management services
• Provide agency referral and follow up
• Maintain treatment records in accordance with Health Center's guidelines
• Participate in agency Quality Assurance activities and case conference
• Attend departmental meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited social work school
• New York State Social Worker License required
• Basic CPR (BCLS) Certification required (Health Center will provide if needed)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills a must
• Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) or English/Korean

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000.00 - 68,000.00 per year
