Licensed Massage Practitioner - Life Time Fitness : Job Details

Position Summary: As a Licensed Massage Practitioner, you will provide a variety of massage therapy services and treatments that enhance fitness programs and improve overall well-being. You will play a key role in creating a superior guest experience at LifeSpa and Salon while embracing our mission, vision, and core values. Building relationships across departments and educating guests on the benefits of massage therapy will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and serve members with professionalism and care.
• Deliver personalized massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs.
• Initiate and nurture strong, personalized relationships with clients.
• Educate clients on the benefits of LifeSpa and Salon products and services.
• Maintain the aesthetic and cleanliness standards of LifeSpa and Salon.
• Become an expert in muscle and body analysis along with recommended maintenance regimens.
• Promote and sell massage therapy services, fostering repeat visits.
• Stay updated on certifications and emerging trends in the massage therapy industry.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Massage Therapy License.
• Ability to perform various massage modalities.
• Competence in basic math skills.
• Basic proficiency with PC operations.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of massage experience in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with body treatments.
• Experience using Salon Biz software.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive base hourly rate, alongside an incentive pay structure ranging from 15% to 55% based on productivity.
