Licensed Landscape ArchitectRole Description: Huitt-Zollars' Phoenix, AZ office has a great opportunity for Licensed Landscape Architect with 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Landscape Architectural program. This role assists and/or leads design teams through all project phases including site analysis, conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. This position works directly with discipline leads, landscape architects, engineers, architects, designers and supporting staff through the above phases of project development. Ensures quality control measures are being adhered to on projects and daily operations. Understands duties and responsibilities, possesses necessary job knowledge and technical skills, maintains job knowledge current.Assist with appropriate administrative and project support tasks supporting the needs of the project team and office. Complete assignments on-time, within budget, and with highest level of quality. Routinely proposes and produces more effective ways to accomplish assignments. Qualifications:Bachelor from an accredited Landscape Architectural programLicensed Landscape Architect 3+ years of relevant experienceProficient in AutoCAD, and have entry level skills and/or interest in LandFX, Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Lumion, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and other illustration softwareThis position is also required to adhere to Huitt-Zollars' Core Value Competencies.
