2025-09-08SHAREJoin Mutual of Omaha as a Licensed Inbound Sales Consultant and turn inbound calls into closed deals. In our fast-paced Direct Sales Center, you wont be fielding service calls youll be working with inbound leads to assess needs, overcome objections, and recommend insurance solutions that protect what matters most.

Our call center operates Monday - Friday from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM CST and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Shifts will vary based on business needs, so flexibility is key.
Potential shifts:
Monday - Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM CST
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST Rotating Saturdays every 5 weeks.
Training classes begin Friday October 24th 2025
Please note that time off during training is not accommodated.
