CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS * Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with flexibility depending upon appointments SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Provides in-home services to identify service needs, assesses child and family safety, develops treatment plans, and provides services to meet family and child needs * Accessible to families 24 hours a day and 7 days a week; provides crisis intervention services based upon need * Arranges for and/or provides transportation for families, such as school appointments, medical appointments, etc. * Convenes and facilitates Child and Family Team meetings for each family * Participates in court proceedings on behalf of the child and family, including providing testimony at hearings, compiling court reports, and preparing case records * Assists families in locating employment, housing, day care, and assistance with meeting basic needs * May transport clients (youth) and their families to mandated court hearings, school appointments, doctor appointments or other case related appointments * Writes accurate reports on a timely basis * Client Negotiable Temp-to-Perm CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * BS/BA degree; BSW preferred * 0-2 years related experience in child welfare * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with required levels of coverage for auto insurance * CWEL and CERAP required for intact services. * Hybrid role - only one day in office. * Caseload up to 12 cases.
