Licensed Clinician/Social Worker - Bancroft NeuroHealth : Job Details

This role provides direct, consultative, and supportive assessment and therapeutic services in psychotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation therapy to persons served to enhance individual potential for learning and to meet the specific rehabilitation needs of persons served. Implements clinical services for individual persons served under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director, in collaboration with the Trans-disciplinary team (IDT), and in accordance with regulations, standards, and guidelines defined by the Society for Cognitive Rehabilitation, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), the Individual Support Plan (ISP), Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), and established Bancroft policies and procedures.
