We are seeking dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Workers to become part of our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will spend 3 days per week on-site, contributing to our mission of enhancing healthcare for everyone. As a member of Optum Behavioral Care, you will play a crucial role in treating a broad range of mental health conditions within a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify common mental health disorders.
  • Provide effective treatment using approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, among other evidence-based methods.
  • Monitor and document patients' treatment responses and clinical changes diligently.
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in New York.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional social work or clinical experience post-master's degree.
  • Experience delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Proficient with technology for communication and medical documentation, including EHR systems.
  • A strong collaborator who can also work independently.

The salary range for this position is between $58,800 and $105,000 annually for full-time employment, based on your experience and qualifications.
