WHAT YOU'LL DO:The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) delivers mental and behavioral health services to patients under an Integrated Behavioral Health program. The duties will include mental health/substance abuse assessment, integrated health care screenings, brief solution-focused therapy, referral, and support services.
