We are a well-established Non-Profit healthcare organization based in Greenville, FL that offers employees the support and understanding you would expect from top-rated management. We are searching for a passionate LCSW to join our growing team.

The Company: We are a behavioral health organization that provides quality patient care for adults who are experiencing a mental, emotional, or substance use crisis including that of PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, etc. Work with a strong team of Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, etc.!

The Position: We are seeking an LCSW and offer the following compensation package:

  • $60,000 to $75,000+ Salary (Based on Experience)
  • W2 Position

Requirements:

  • Florida Licensure (LCSW) required
  • Knowledge and experience with Baker Acts
  • CEU compliance and license remaining in good/active standing is required
  • Experience with adults with mental health and/or substance diagnoses is required either through individual, group or family therapy sessions; other experience will be considered
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred
  • Must be willing to obtain Qualified Supervisor license

Responsibilities:

  • Full Time opportunity Monday through Friday (8am - 5pm)
  • Oversee cases, providing individual and family therapy, evaluating family dynamics and presenting concerns in patients.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, integrating feedback from medical and group therapist staff into patient treatment.
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner in accordance with site policy and participate in insurance reviews.
  • Lead and/or participate in occasional group therapy session/workshop.
  • Aid patients and families in developing treatment goals and treatment plans.
  • Aid patients and families in understanding past events and their influence on current beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.
  • Utilize a systems approach even in individual therapy.
  • Help patients develop strategies and skills to change their behavior and to cope with difficult situations.
