What You Will Do

As a BCBA at Kids First, you will:

• Conduct assessments and monitor clients, utilizing a hybrid or remote work model
• Create strategies tailored to each client's assessment results
• Modify the client's environment to facilitate behavioral changes
• Develop ABA treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in implementing treatment plans, ensuring proper documentation and progress tracking
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients' families
• Receive comprehensive training and support from our Quality Assurance Team

What We Are Looking For

You should have:

• A current BCBA license
• New York State LBA license (required)
• A Master's Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Effective communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities
• The ability to service clients in the Buffalo area and remotely from the Buffalo clinic (14226)
