We seek highly skilled and motivated certified CDJR technicians to join our team at Classic CJDR in Lancaster South Carolina. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CDJR vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards. This full-time position offers a base salary plus incentives, with a pay rate of $25 to $54 per hour with increases based on performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $25 to $54 per hour (paid semi-monthly)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies

  • Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems

  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report

  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

  • Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Level 2 & 3)

  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

  • Fast learner

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Good customer service skills

  • Team player

  • Computer literate

  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Valid driver's license
