Position Overview: Are you a talented Level 1 Help Desk Technician with 2-3 years of experience, ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and provide top-notch technical support to our diverse clientele. As a Level 1 Help Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in resolving technical issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, telecom and network systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients over the phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
  • Leverage your experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) to effectively monitor, maintain, and support client systems.
  • Assist with basic networking tasks, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and configuring routers and switches.
  • Document and track all support interactions and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously expand your technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar technical support role.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory administration, including user management and group policies.
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSP), understanding their workflows and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • ConnectWise experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are desirable but not required.
