Level 1 Robotic Test Operator - Mini-Circuits : Job Details

Description Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. Position Summary: Performs daily testing activities on the robot integrated work cells as per documented procedures & under supervision. Salary Range: $18.00 - $ 22.50 per hour Job Function:

• Perform automated testing of electronic components.
• Make robot integrated test setups under supervision as per specifications (-50 page), block diagram and procedures.
• Set up robot by loading carrier tape, cover tape and units.
• Keep robot fed with untested units.
• Ensure robot is running without interruption or call Team Leader.
• Print test reports, ten-unit summary and show to Team Leader / Supervisor for approval.
• Segregate reject quantity and flag Team Leader or Supervisor if reject quantity goes above threshold for model number under test.
• Segregate nonconforming products.
• Upon completion of production run record production run info as called out on Robotic log program & QC sheet.
• Work in accordance with all company procedures.
• Perform ESD check.
• Responsible for maintenance of tools, test equipment and test accessories.
• Check equipment calibration status.
• Responsible for keeping work area neat and clean.
• Any other job-related activity as assigned by the team leader/supervisor/manager.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Optional related experience in Electronic, Electrical or Electro-mechanical testing.
• Experience in basic computer operations in Windows.
• Ability to assist in lifting heavy test equipment weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Level 1 operators are expected to occasionally provide inputs/ideas that can improve Robotic Test process, efficiency and output.
