Level 1 Installation and Service Specialist - NTG Staffing : Job Details

Position Overview: Entry-level position focused on basic installation tasks and technical skill development across multiple trades. It is a training position to become qualified in our industry specific installation. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with basic installations • Perform basic welding tasks under supervision • Execute basic mechanical assembly and repair work • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting • Assist with construction-related tasks • Learn advanced installation procedures • Follow safety protocols • Maintain tools and equipment • Support senior specialists Required Technical Skills: • Basic welding proficiency (MIG/TIG) • Fundamental mechanical aptitude and repair skills • Basic construction knowledge and experience • Equipment operation and handling capabilities • Basic troubleshooting methodology • Hand and power tool proficiency • Basic blueprint and technical drawing comprehension Qualifications: • 0-1 year of field experience • Technical/Trade school certification preferred • OSHA 10 Certification preferred • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude • Basic welding certification preferred • Strong safety awareness • Willingness to learn additional skills • Physical ability to perform required tasks • Valid driver's license • GED or High School Diploma
