Job Description and Responsibilities

The Legal Division is recruiting for a permanent full-time Legal Support Supervisor I in Oakland. The role involves supervising legal secretarial staff, managing workload, participating in meetings, and assisting in office management. You may perform legal secretarial work in addition to supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

Either:

  • One year of experience as a Senior Stenographer, Legal, Range B or Senior Typist, Legal, Range B in California state service.
  • Or three years of legal stenographic/clerical work, including at least one year in a responsible or supervisory role.
