LHH Legal Search, a part of the Adecco Group, is expanding its team and is seeking Legal Executive Recruiters to serve the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. The role involves connecting with top legal talent and providing recruiting services to law firms and corporate legal departments.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Experience practicing law and an interest in transitioning into recruiting or sales roles.
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and business acumen.
• Prior sales experience (retail, client services, business development, real estate).
• JD degree is required.
• Residency in the greater DC-metro area is preferred for meeting clients and candidates.

Compensation:

• Recoverable draw, commissions, and benefits package, with details based on experience and location.
