About Child Support Services (CSS): CSS operates Wisconsin's child support program, locating absent parents, establishing paternity, and enforcing child support orders for over 119,000 cases. The Legal Counsel provides legal services related to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, representing the State in family actions and supporting the department in establishing and enforcing support orders.
