Legal and Risk Management Intern - After School Matters : Job Details

This position will support the Legal Department with a wide range of projects related to risk management, compliance, and legal research, including developing compliance checklist, drafting policies and procedures and related memoranda/reports, providing administrative and back-up support and other related projects. This position is a good fit for someone who writes well and is detail oriented and interested in learning about not-for-profit risk management and introductory legal research and theory. Major Duties and Responsibilities:Research legal topics and provide a report/memo on the findings. Assist with Privacy and Information Security issues. Assist with the creation of compliance site visit forms and risk management checklists.
