We are seeking a Legal and Compliance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal hospitality and compliance matters, and will be responsible for ensuring our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be tasked with enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as providing guidance on compliance matters.

The ideal candidate for the Legal and Compliance Manager position should possess the following qualifications :
1. A Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with legal hospitality.
3. In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
4. Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
5. A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
6. Contract experience
7. An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.
8. Excellent communication skills.
