Course Description Designed for students preparing to take MATH 160. Equations and inequalities, functions, graphs, polynomial and rational functions, trigonometric functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, systems of linear equations, conics, sequences and series, and the binomial theorem. Minimum qualifications: A master's degree in mathematics or similar field Per the California State Universitys Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California.
