Eaton is currently seeking a Leave Support Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH. Flexible hybrid work schedule available from Beachwood, OH. The Leave Support Specialist serves as process subject matter expert with in-depth understanding of the full end-to-end leave process, including but not limited to FMLA, Short Term Disability (STD), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), State Leave Laws, Military Leave (USERRA), Canada Leave process, Eaton leave policies, and coordinating the interactive process for accommodation requests under the ADAA. This position will be responsible for assisting with questions, escalations, and support for all Leave as an escalation point for complex issues.
