Effective Date(s): Immediately Staff Needed: One (1) Leave Replacement Full-Service Community Schools Site Coordinator Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university Have at least five (5) years' experience in education, social services, and/or community programs including at least three (3) years' experience within a Full Service Community Schools environment. Have an understanding of Full Service Community Schoos and community partnerships Demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate people. Develop programs and services to meet the education, social and emotional needs of students and family members Experience with data management, budgeting and reporting Experience working with parents and community members. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators and the community.
