As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and potential residents by showing open apartments, resolving issues, and proactively building positive relationships. Assist with marketing the property, participate in resident appreciation events, and have the opportunity to meet with many people to build meaningful connections.

Build your own paychecks with unlimited commissions + base hourly pay! The first 3 months are guaranteed at $300.00 per month. No late weeknights or early weekend hours. Full-time schedule includes working between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Fridays, all offices close at 5:00 p.m.

Starting pay $17 per hour (or more based on experience)!

Job Duties:

• Tour and present the property and available apartment homes to prospective residents and apply product knowledge to close sales.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Conduct property, building, and apartment inspections to help ensure an attractive appearance, including trash pickup and reporting maintenance needs.
• Use customer management systems daily to build relationships with prospective and current residents, ensuring all communication is documented.
• Work alongside leadership and support teams as appropriate.

Experience and Education:

• A High School degree, GED, or equivalent.
• Must have a valid drivers license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
• Prior experience in property management or a related industry is preferred but not required.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) or similar certifications are desirable.
• Strong sales skills and confidence with a drive to close sales.
• Customer service experience and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
