The Leasing Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for managing leasing activities, on-site marketing, and outreach to maximize occupancy.

  • Market and lease units to ensure maximum occupancy.
  • Serve as the first contact for leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and lead tours.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
  • Maintain maximum occupancy at optimal rates for fiscal stability.
  • Conduct market surveys and confirm unit readiness.
  • Record traffic and activity daily, and follow up with prospects promptly.
  • Assist with hiring and training leasing staff.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing and typing.

    • Minimum requirements include a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, a valid drivers license with insurance, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Entrata is a plus.

    This is an entry-level, full-time position in sales and management.
