• 2+ years of experience as a Leasing Manager
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Knock, I Love Leasing, etc.) and Onesite
• Proven leadership of teams of 3 or more
• Strong multitasking, time management, and delegation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A collaborative, results-focused mindset
• Professional, polished appearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and support the leasing team to ensure top performance
• Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly leasing goals
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified prospects
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with all leads
• Review lease files and applications for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct apartment inspections prior to move-ins
• Monitor guest cards, phone interactions, and service standards
• Oversee advertising efforts and conduct regular market and competitor surveys
