Leasing Manager Challenged Property | Community Revitalization | 65% Occupancy | Bedroom Lease ModelFull-Time | On-Site | Competitive Pay Based on Experience Are you a driven leasing professional ready to take on a leadership role in a community undergoing revitalization? We're looking for a Leasing Manager or Assistant Community Manager-depending on experience-to lead leasing efforts, drive occupancy, and help build a strong, engaged resident community. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a real impact and grow your career while helping turn around a high-potential property.
What You'll Do: - Oversee day-to-day leasing operations, including resident tours, applications, and follow-ups
- Drive marketing, outreach, and leasing strategies to increase occupancy (currently at 65%)
- Manage lease renewals, coordinate move-ins/outs, and support resident retention
- Lead and train leasing staff to deliver outstanding customer service and performance
- Monitor leasing data and advertising performance through property management software
- Ensure the property and model units are market-ready and meet presentation standards
- Assist with resident relations and quickly resolve concerns or issues
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Support the Community Manager with daily operations, reporting, and budget input
What We're Looking For: - Experience as a Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager, or strong Leasing Consultant ready to step up
- Ability to lead and motivate a leasing team
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Familiarity with bedroom leases or student/multifamily housing preferred
- Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management systems
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and rental regulations
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Compensation & Growth We are open to adjusting the title and salary based on experience. Candidates with ACM-level leadership and experience may qualify for a higher compensation package. This is a great opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership role.
