• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to set competitive rental rates.
• Assist in marketing and advertising initiatives to attract potential tenants.
