We believe investing in our team is the key to our continued success. YOUR ROLE TowerPoint is seeking a skilled Sr. Leasing Consultant to join our high performing Asset Management team. In this role, you'll serve as a critical negotiator and strategic liaison - working cross-functionally to lead lease negotiations, redline legal documents, and drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for managing telecom real estate lease amendments, renewals, and associated contract documents, ensuring alignment with TowerPoint's operational and legal standards. This is a high ownership role that blends legal knowledge, business strategy and real estate expertise. Note: This role does not require a JD, but deep experience with real estate leases and legal operations is essential. WHAT YOU'LL DOExpectations:

• Lead & direct negotiations with landlords, attorneys, and property managers to secure favorable lease terms.
• Redline, review, and revise lease agreements, including renewals and amendments, to align with business goals and legal standards.
• Draft and manage lease-related documentation from initial revisions through execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams-Legal, Finance, Operations, and Site Development-to resolve lease-related and operational issues.
• Enforce compliance with lease and easement agreements, addressing any discrepancies or violations.
• Identify and mitigate risks in lease language, offering strategic recommendations.
• Maintain organized tracking of contract status, negotiations, and legal correspondence.

WHO YOU AREQualifications:

• 5-10 years experience in telecom leasing, commercial real estate, property management or legal operations.
• Proven ability to redline, draft, and negotiate complex lease agreements.
• Familiarity with easements, landlord-tenant dynamics, and telecom infrastructure contracts.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; able to confidently represent TowerPoint in negotiations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot risk and offer proactive solutions.
• Experience supporting or working alongside in-house legal teams is a plus.

HOW TO STANDOUTPreferred Skill Set:

• Background in commercial property leasing, site acquisition, or telecom contract negotiation.
• Previous experience engaging with both institutional landlords and private property owners.
• Ability to identify deal blockers early and reframe contract terms to secure win-win outcomes.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of contract activity while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
