Corcoran New Development had a banner year in 2024 as we introduced some of NYCs highest profile and significant developments in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, and we have big plans for 2025. This will include an expansion of our coverage in NYC as we are scheduled to open a number of new construction properties throughout the city this upcoming year. Subsequently, our division is set to be one of the only groups in the industry with projects in all 5 New York boroughs as well as New Jersey. We are excited to announce a new leasing project in Downtown Brooklyn. We are in search of a Leasing Associate who plays a vital role in the success of real estate operations and ensuring units are leased efficiently. Candidates must be willing to work weekends. Core duties include but are not limited to:Respond to incoming inquiries daily and schedule property tours for interested prospects.
