Client: Property management
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing lease agreements, performing basic lease financial analysis, and providing administrative support to help grow our lease and accounting functions. This position offers a valuable opportunity to build expertise in lease administration, real estate financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Review and extract key data and clauses from lease agreements and related documents
- Track important lease dates such as renewals, expirations, and options
- Assist with rent reconciliation, budgeting, and lease invoice processing
- Maintain lease administration databases with accurate and updated lease information
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly lease reporting and financial summaries
- Collaborate with accounting, property management, and legal teams on lease-related tasks
- Assist with lease renewals, tenant onboarding, and lease documentation
- Conduct basic market research to support lease decisions and negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, internships or exposure in lease administration or real estate preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret lease documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with lease management software is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in lease analysis and real estate finance
