What You Will Be Doing

• Orchestrating vibrant, interactive virtual workshops centered on essential life competencies including creative thinking, effective communication, and strategic problem-solving
• Providing personalized mentorship to individual students and facilitating small group discussions designed to cultivate self-confidence, autonomy, and executive functioning skills
• Leveraging platform analytics to customize student support strategies and monitor developmental progress
• Engaging with fellow educators in collaborative design sessions to create and enhance project-based learning opportunities
• Cultivating an energetic, supportive virtual environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to grow

What You Wont Be Doing

• Delivering traditional academic content instructionour AI tutoring system handles core subject mastery
• Following rigid teaching protocols or maintaining conventional classroom management approaches
• Spending hours on assessment marking or developing standardized curriculum materials

Learning Experience Facilitator Key Responsibilities

Support holistic student development by designing and facilitating transformative learning experiences that emphasize real-world application, personal growth, and future-ready skills within our flexible, fully virtual educational model.

Basic Requirements

• Current teaching certification from any US state
• Demonstrated success in teaching, mentoring, or youth development roles (preferably with students in Grades 4-8)
• Exceptional virtual communication skills with the ability to engage effectively through video platforms
• Capacity to commit to full-time hours (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Arizona time)
• Prepared to join our team by September 2025
• Enthusiasm for technology-enhanced, student-driven educational approaches

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
