What You Will Be Doing

• Leading interactive, virtual workshops that focus on life skills like creativity, communication, and problem-solving
• Mentoring students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, self-direction, and executive function
• Using platform data to tailor support and track progress over time
• Collaborating with fellow educators to design and improve project-based learning experiences
• Creating a safe, high-energy space where students feel seen, heard, and excited to grow

What You Wont Be Doing

• Teaching core academics thats handled by AI tutors
• Delivering scripted lectures or enforcing a traditional classroom model
• Grading assignments or prepping standardized lesson plans

Basic Requirements

• Valid Arizona teaching certificate
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 48 preferred)
• Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
• Available to work full-time (MF, 8am5pm Arizona time)
• Ready to begin by August 2025
• Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, equating to $60,000 USD/year with 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. The payment period is weekly.
